To provide new insights and thinking to local business leaders about people, leadership and work.

To encourage business leaders to try new approaches towards people, leadership and work as a means to help improve business resilience and performance.

To provide a forum for debate and idea generation that has practical application back in the business

HOW WILL IT WORK?

Talking Matters is informal, professional and fun!
Investing in this 'me' time is a chance to meet new colleagues, feel re-invigorated, and hear interesting views.
Events will be for a maximum of 25 participants to ensure that there is plenty of opportunity for networking and discussion. Refreshments will be available for purchase at the venue.
The events will last for 90 minutes from 18:00 to 19:30, normally on a Wednesday at a central Winchester venue.
